For certified legal translation offices in the UAE
Certified translation orders,
from inside the case file.
Instead of email and WhatsApp: the lawyer picks the documents from the case file in Vision Law, sees your price from your own list, and sends you the order. You translate, stamp and upload — and the translation lands in the case file.
How it works
Four steps, and the way you work stays the same
- Register your office
Office name, email and phone number, then a verification code sent to your email.
- Prepare your office profile
Your licence details and papers, your prices for each language pair, and your team — then «Submit for review». Nobody sees your office before it is approved.
- We review and approve
The Vision team reads your trade licence and Ministry of Justice accreditation before your office is shown to any law firm.
- Receive orders
The order reaches you with its documents and their price from your list, and an email alert. Accept it — or correct the page count once — then translate and stamp as you do today, and upload the stamped translation.
What your office gets
One place for the order, the documents and the delivery
Your own prices
A list for each language pair: price per page, words per page and turnaround, plus the stamp fee, the urgent surcharge and a minimum order. The lawyer sees the price before ordering, and an order keeps the list it was priced on.
No scattered messages
The documents arrive with the order, and you upload the stamped translation in the same order — it is filed in the case beside the original. No attachments lost between email and WhatsApp.
The file stays confidential
You see the law firm's name and the documents to translate — never the case number or the parties.
Your team with you
Add your fellow translators with their own accounts, so each of them can receive and deliver orders.
Before you register
What we need to review your office
- Your trade licence — a PDF or a photo, with its number and expiry date.
- Your Ministry of Justice legal translation accreditation.
- Your tax registration number (TRN), if your office is VAT-registered.
- The office's bank account: bank name, account name and IBAN.
- Your prices for each language pair you translate.
We are opening orders to law firms in stages. Register now and prepare your office — we will contact you once it is approved.
Questions
What offices ask
Do I stamp the translation the way I do today?
Yes. You translate and stamp as you always do, then upload the stamped file in the order. It reaches the law firm's case file exactly as you uploaded it.
How is an order priced?
From your own list: each document's word count is divided by the words per page you set, multiplied by your page price for the language pair, and the stamp fee is added per document. A scanned document is priced on its pages and marked «estimated», and you can correct the count once when you accept the order.
Which languages are available?
Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, Hindi and the other languages UAE courts and notaries receive. You choose the pairs you translate; a pair you do not list is not offered.
Can I change my prices later?
Yes, at any time. Every save keeps the previous version, and an order priced on a version stays on it.
